Order & Processing:

1. Can I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order please send an email with your order number to support@thepurplevault.co

2. Can I add an item or make changes after I've place my order?

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make any changes. you can always cancel your order and reorder what you need or place another order if you'd like an additional item.

3. How long is processing once I've place my order?

Processing takes 3-5 business days  

4. When will I expect my Pre-Order? 

The Pre-Order period ends on 8/24/24. You can expect your product to be delivered within the next week after Pre-Orders end.

5. How does pre-orders work?

Pre-Orders are currently available from 7/24-8/24 only for the 'Renewed In July Collection'. Add your product to the cart and at checkout, select the standard shipping time. Processing will begin immediately, however shipments will be going out a week after Pre-Order Period has ended (8/31/24).

1. Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere in the world.

2. My package is lost/stolen, will you replace my items

TPV is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

3. How can I make changes to my shipping address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately with the correct details to support@thepurplevault.co

Please note, shipping address modifications are not always guaranteed in time before fulfillment as we receive many inquiries and may not be able to make updates.

If we are unable to make changes, please reach out to the carrier immediately to request a change of delivery.
